AB  - This research aimed to determine the 芒鈧渄igital divide芒鈧劉 among Faculty Members of Carlos Hilado Memorial State College for academic year 2007-2008 in order to gather baseline information for a Proposed Development and Intervention Program. The study made use of the descriptive research, employing the analysis of the responses of the faculty members to the different items raised in the questionnaire. The research attempted to describe, assess and analyze the digital divide among CHMSC faculty members based on their level of access to ICT, level of skills in ICT, and extent of ICT utilization for academic year 2007-2008. The subject-respondents were the one hundred fortynine (149) full-time faculty members from the four (4) campuses of Carlos Hilado Memorial State College for the academic year 2007-2008 who were chosen randomly as samples. A researcher-made survey questionnaire was used to gather data related to the conduct of this study. Three (3) professors in the doctoral program of CHMSC, two (2) ICT professors with master芒鈧劉s degree, and three (3) members of the panel evaluated and validated the content of the instrument. Subsequently, the reliability of the instrument was established using the Test-Retest method.聽
